Always come here for a traditional English breakfast when I'm in the area. Its a traditional, no nonsense "greasy spoon", which is what I enjoy. The food is great and at good prices. You won't find a better full English for the price in this area. You certainly won't go home hungry.

First Christmas Lunch of 2022 for me today and picked Double Bubble..lovely large lunch..only thing missing was the 'Pigs in Blankets'.. very enjoyable though..

An absolute favourite traditional ‘caf’ with great quality & delicious food, substantial portions and friendly staff. Incredibly well priced compared to other local venues offering similar but they don’t charge a premium for calling scrambled egg ‘folded’ (ffs) - add 1.50 or unnecessarily adding avocado. An absolute hidden gem and well worth a visit. Also great veggie options available.

My first time using this cafe and it certainly won’t be the last time, amazing, would recommend to everyone, I had their chicken rice and salad it was very fresh and tasty, must try

I always have great food in double bubble & the staff are so friendly. I had an amazing chicken salad & rice for lunch today. Big thank you to the chef & his helper, the salad made me feel like I was on holiday. I need a siesta now after the big plate of food!!
